Changes Made on the Website Are Not Showing

Created by Ben Tiffin, Modified on Thu, 12 Feb at 5:05 PM by Ben Tiffin

What This Means

If you’ve updated content but can’t see the changes, it’s usually due to caching.

This can happen because:

  • Your browser is showing an old version

  • The website cache hasn’t refreshed yet

  • A content delivery network (CDN) is caching the page

Your changes are often saved correctly — they’re just not visible yet.

What You Can Check

  • Refresh the page using Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).

  • Open the page in a private/incognito window.

  • Check on another device.

What To Do Next

If the changes still don’t appear, the cache may need to be cleared properly.
